# How to Make It:
01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
02 - Cut each bacon slice in half crosswise to form 24 shorter strips.
03 - Wrap each cocktail smokie with a half-slice of bacon and secure using a toothpick.
04 - Place the wrapped smokies single layer on the baking sheet, seam side down.
05 - Sprinkle brown sugar evenly over each bacon-wrapped smokie.
06 - Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until bacon is crisp and sugar is melted and caramelized.
07 - Allow to cool for five minutes before serving as the sugar will be hot.
