# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 340°F. Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
02 - Combine crushed graham crackers, granulated sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press approximately 1 teaspoon of mixture into each liner to create an even crust.
03 - Using an electric mixer or whisk, blend cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add egg, vanilla extract, and sour cream; mix gently until just incorporated.
04 - Spoon about 1 tablespoon of filling onto each crust. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until centers are just set. Let cool completely, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
