# How to Make It:

01 - Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and gochujang in a mixing bowl. Toss sliced beef, chicken, or tofu with marinade, ensuring even coverage. Refrigerate for 15 to 20 minutes.
02 - Blend ube, sour cream or yogurt, lime juice, honey, and a pinch of salt in a blender or food processor until smooth and vibrant. Store chilled until serving.
03 - Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Add marinated protein, cook for 4 to 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and fully cooked. Remove from heat and cover.
04 - Heat tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave until soft and pliable. For bowls, fluff cooked rice to separate grains before serving.
