# How to Make It:

- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place chicken breasts in a shallow dish or zip-top bag. Pour marinade over chicken, turning to coat evenly. Marinate for at least 15 minutes, up to 2 hours for enhanced flavor.
- Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill chicken for 6 to 7 minutes per side until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F. Allow to rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
- In a large bowl, combine romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, corn kernels, black beans, cheese, avocado, and red onion.
- In a small jar with lid or mixing bowl, combine dressing ingredients and shake vigorously or whisk until emulsified and well blended.
- Drizzle dressing over salad mixture and toss gently to coat all components evenly without bruising delicate ingredients.
- Top dressed salad with sliced grilled chicken, tortilla strips if using, and fresh cilantro leaves. Serve immediately.
