# How to Make It:
01 - In a medium saucepan, combine sugar and water. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly until sugar is completely dissolved, approximately 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature.
02 - Once the syrup has cooled completely, stir in the limoncello liqueur until well combined.
03 - Pour the limoncello mixture into a shallow, freezer-safe container in an even layer.
04 - Freeze for 4 hours, breaking up ice crystals with a fork every 30 to 45 minutes to achieve a smooth, granular texture throughout the freezing process.
05 - Once fully frozen and scoopable, transfer to chilled glasses or bowls and serve immediately.
