01 - 4 large flour tortillas (8-inch)
02 - 4 large whole dill pickles
03 - 4 slices cheddar cheese or Swiss cheese
04 - 4 oz softened cream cheese

05 - 2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
06 - 1 tbsp finely diced red onion
07 - 1 tbsp yellow mustard
# How to Make It:
01 - Lay out flour tortillas on a clean cutting board.
02 - Spread 1 oz (about 2 tbsp) of softened cream cheese evenly over each tortilla using a knife.
03 - Place one slice of cheddar cheese or Swiss cheese in the center of each tortilla.
04 - Sprinkle chopped fresh dill and finely diced red onion over the cheese, then drizzle yellow mustard if desired.
05 - Place one whole dill pickle along the edge of each tortilla.
06 - Roll each tortilla tightly around the pickle to enclose the filling securely.
07 - Cut each roll into 1-inch pieces or serve whole according to preference.
