# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 12-cavity donut pan or muffin pan.
02 - Whisk together flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
03 - In a separate mixing bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, whole milk, cooled strong coffee, and vanilla extract.
04 - Pour wet ingredients into dry and gently mix until ingredients are just incorporated. Avoid overmixing.
05 - Spoon or pipe the batter into the prepared pan, filling each cavity approximately three-quarters full.
06 - Place pan in oven and bake for 18–20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire rack.
07 - Dissolve instant coffee granules in 1 teaspoon hot water and let cool.
08 - In a chilled mixing bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract using an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Gently fold in cooled coffee.
09 - Once donuts are fully cool, pipe or spread coffee cream topping on each.
