06 - Salt and pepper, to taste
→ Vegetables
07 - 1 small carrot, julienned
08 - ½ small red bell pepper, julienned
09 - 8 small cherry tomatoes, for garnish
# How to Make It:
01 - In a small mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, chives, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth and homogeneous.
02 - Lay each spinach leaf flat on a clean, dry surface for assembly.
03 - Spread about 1 tablespoon of the herbed cheese mixture evenly onto the center of each spinach leaf.
04 - Place several julienned carrot and red bell pepper strips atop the cheese on each leaf.
05 - Carefully roll each spinach leaf around the filling, folding in the sides to enclose the contents securely.
