# What you need:
→ Cheeses
01 - 8.8 oz mozzarella balls (bocconcini or ciliegine)
02 - 3.5 oz cream cheese (for spreading and shaping)
03 - 2.8 oz black olives (for eyes and nose)
→ Fruits
04 - 2 large green apples
05 - 1 large pear (for the face base)
06 - 1 cup seedless green grapes
07 - 1 cup seedless red grapes
08 - 1 cup blueberries
→ Other
09 - 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for drizzling)
10 - Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
11 - 8 rice crackers or round crackers (for serving, optional)
# How to Make It:
01 - Wash and dry all fruit thoroughly. Slice the pear lengthwise to form the lamb’s face shape. Cut green apples into thin wedges to represent the ears.
02 - Place the pear half in the center of a large serving platter as the lamb’s face.
03 - Position mozzarella balls closely around the pear to emulate fluffy wool surrounding the face.
04 - Place apple wedges on either side of the pear to form lamb ears.
05 - Use black olives to shape the eyes and nose, slicing as necessary to attain desired shapes.
06 - Distribute blueberries and grapes around the wool and base of the platter to add color and fill empty spaces.
07 - Dot cream cheese with a small spoon to secure olives in place; optionally use cream cheese to craft a smiling mouth.
08 - Sprinkle fresh mint leaves over the platter for a vibrant finish.
09 - Lightly drizzle honey over fruit and cheese for added sweetness, if desired.
10 - Present immediately with crackers or without accompaniment.
