01 - 1 ball (8.8 oz) pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

02 - 2/3 cup crème fraîche (5.3 oz)
03 - 1 clove garlic, minced
04 - 1 teaspoon fresh dill, finely chopped
05 - 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
06 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
→ Toppings
07 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (7 oz)
08 - 1/2 cup sliced dill pickles (2.8 oz)
09 - 1 tablespoon red onion, thinly sliced (optional)
10 - 1 tablespoon fresh dill, for garnish
# How to Make It:
01 - Preheat oven to 480°F (250°C) or as hot as possible. Place a pizza stone in the oven if using.
02 - On a lightly floured surface, stretch or roll pizza dough into a 12-inch round. Transfer onto a parchment-lined baking sheet or pizza peel.
03 - Combine crème fraîche, minced garlic, chopped dill, lemon zest, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until fully mixed.
04 - Spread the sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edges.
05 - Evenly sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
06 - Distribute sliced dill pickles and red onion (if using) atop the cheese.
07 - Bake for 12–15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbling.
08 - Remove pizza from oven, garnish with fresh dill, slice, and serve immediately.
