# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, mix mini pretzels and mixed nuts; set aside.
03 - Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add sugar and stir constantly until dissolved and golden amber, about 5 to 7 minutes.
04 - Whisk in heavy cream carefully as mixture bubbles. Add sea salt and vanilla extract, stirring until smooth and glossy.
05 - Pour hot caramel over pretzel and nut mixture. Toss gently with a spatula until evenly coated.
06 - Spread mixture in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle extra sea salt on top. Bake 10 to 12 minutes, stirring halfway until caramel is set and slightly darkened.
