02 - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
03 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
05 - 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
06 - 2 tablespoons dry white wine or chicken broth
07 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
08 - 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
09 - Salt, to taste
10 - Black pepper, to taste
→ Garlic Bread
11 - 4 thick slices French or Italian bread
12 - 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
13 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
14 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
# How to Make It:
01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Slice bread into thick pieces and spread with garlic butter, made by mixing softened butter, minced garlic, and parsley. Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, until golden and crisp. Set aside.
02 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil and two tablespoons of butter. Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
03 - Season shrimp with salt and black pepper. Add to the skillet in a single layer, cooking 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove shrimp from skillet and set aside.
04 - In the same skillet, add remaining butter with white wine or chicken broth. Simmer for 1-2 minutes to cook off alcohol or infuse flavor. Stir in lemon juice and red pepper flakes, blending thoroughly.
05 - Return cooked shrimp to skillet, toss gently to coat in sauce. Heat for 1 additional minute so flavors meld. Garnish with chopped parsley.
06 - Divide shrimp with sauce among serving bowls. Top with fresh parsley and serve alongside warm garlic bread.
