- Whole milk for potatoes, warmed: ½ cup (120 ml)
- Unsalted butter: ¼ cup (60 g)
- Sour cream: ½ cup (120 ml)
Instructions
- Prep oven and pan:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a loaf pan.
- Mix meatloaf ingredients:
